Roman Pilipenko is a Bulgaria-based growth-marketing strategist with 7+ years’ experience scaling fintech, banking and SaaS brands through performance-driven acquisition, retention and data-led optimisation.

As co-founder and Head of Growth Marketing at Bandera Agency, he designs multi-channel programmes that unlock “digital revenue growth” for clients across Central & Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.

Earlier, Roman served as Deputy Head of Performance at Ukrainian lender Moneyveo, honing the conversion tactics that helped the company pioneer fully-automated online micro-finance in the region.

A regular speaker, writer and video-creator, he shares practical frameworks on Medium, YouTube and industry webinars — most recently guiding bank CMOs through his “7 Steps to Digital-Marketing Excellence” playbook.
